Cirrus Files GmbH provides encrypted file storage and sharing under these terms. By creating an account you agree to them.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to store or distribute unlawful content, to attack other systems, or to circumvent usage limits.

3. Availability

Business plans include a 99.99% uptime commitment with service credits as described in your order form.

4. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous twelve months.
